Furthermore, if the Tradeloop ethics committee finds that my company or agents/employees of my company are found to be acting in ways the ethics committee deems either unethical or to be in criminal fashion, Tradeloop reserves the right to make all other trading sites aware of my actions and intents and to notify the authorities in all countries where the my company has conducted business without the possibility of litigation against Tradeloop for Slander or Libel.

Basically we reserve the right to royally screw your life up if you MESS with us.

How about them cookies.

Be the first site to do this. It is one thing to source out product for a good customer of yours, it is quite another to dominate a market place with "placeholder" inventory. I think it is disrespectful and harmful to those businesses who actually dish out the money to keep good stock for their customers. It creates a false sense of market availability for hard to find items, and in the long run depreciates our market values. Simple economics: supply up, demand down, price down. Supply down, demand up, price up...

I would like to see Tradeloop investigate this issue further and implement some type of falsifying infraction. Help keep the businesses who mean business alive and quell the abilities of no name startup broker-only companies from gulping up so many of our valuable consumers.Anonymousnoreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-9163842439459048754.post-50717901046986397102010-05-04T11:39:19.149-04:002010-05-04T11:39:19.149-04:00There is a distinct line between advertising a “li...There is a distinct line between advertising a “list” for sale, or gathering “bids”. Many times we refurbish parts and products and we have to take into account the cost we paid for them and how much work we have to put into them. We may pay $50 or a particular item one day, and then the next day we get them as part of a take out where we actually get paid to take them, so it is very difficult to price them and normally when a customer has a need we then can say our average cost for these was X, and price them accordingly.

Another important aspect is Qtuantity, if someone wants only a few it costs us a lot more per unit to cover the cost to process that with internal labor, packing, and admin work, however 1,000 units and that cost goes way down.

We also have product all over the country so depending on where the customer is could have some bearing on the price as well. if we have a lot of product in CA and the customer is in CA then we can do a better price then someone in Boston where we only have a smaller inventory of that product because then we have to think about how to best replenish our stock in that warehouse.Michael Letendrehttp://nsainc.netnoreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-9163842439459048754.post-52467675519175119552010-05-04T10:57:24.238-04:002010-05-04T10:57:24.238-04:00There is a distinct line between advertising a “li...There is a distinct line between advertising a “list” for sale, or gathering “bids”.
